Baby in Hat

We had way to much fun at the Palo Alto Jr. Museum. Children's portraits are so much fun and a hat added can just make a little girl's picture pop.

Lucy's Baby Portraits

I absolutely love taking baby pictures! Miss Lucy has become an expert at baby photos now that her parents have signed her up for the one year program. Thanks to the new president Katie and I both agreed we were in a patriotic sort of mood and mad use of the American flag.

Wow Is Me Adryenn Ashley

Some days the photography deities open the skies and let sunshine in. When taking business portraits I am constantly working with the camera shy. Shyness is not the issue for Adryenn. Adryenn is what I call a force of nature. She is amazingly fun but focusing all of that energy into making her eyes sparkle takes a bit of wit and a joke or two.

Sir Luke

I have a 7 year old so by the time I got to the Ostrander house I already had every Star Wars joke in my head. I was very happy to see the family was in the same mind set. Many impressions later I finished what was probably the easiest newborn shoot of all times (amazing considering there were four grandparents, two parents, a brother, an aunt, and a VERY friendly dog). New born pictures are some of my favorite and you might notice a new prop that I am using in infant photography, the baby pod. It is a knitted sock that keeps babies snuggled and happy and oh so cute!

Adryenn Ashley Monetizing your Passion

There are few people I know who make me feel lazy. If you ever have the pleasure to meet Adryenn you will know why I call her a force of nature. Her calls usually end with a mad dash with my camera bag to take great shots with some amazing people (Tim Ferris! Electric Tesla). I have been assured by her that I will need a passport soon.
